5/5 ★ – AllieN7's review of Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss.

A lot of people say this is their absolute favorite part of the original Dark Souls game and I think I can agree, this is also probably one of my favorite pieces of downloadable content ever added to a game. The added locations are fantastic and the 4 new bosses are easily some of my favorites in the entire game with Black Dragon Kalameet and Artorias the Abysswalker being my absolute favorites. There’s no real gimmicks, no multiple enemies, no tricks just 4 high quality 1 on 1 fights for the player to overcome and I think that’s when the Dark Souls boss fights are at their best (with some exceptions) some fantastic additions to the lore here as well with the new locations and characters, not the longest thing ever but so so effective. I love Dark Souls.
