Far Cry is a mixed series, each new entry is like a whole new can of worms for people to laugh and scoff at. Far cry 3 and 4 were my favorites for a long time. I loved the story of 3 and the gameplay and map of 4, this is up there with both of them. Far cry is probably the only Ubisoft series that I genuinely love, this narrative wise is what I want from this franchise. It’s not about the cool bad guy it’s about who is the bad guy and what the character does for the narrative and makes you question. Not hey we have a celeb as the main villain so he’s iconic right guys. Give far cry 2,3,4 and 5 a try. And just have fun.
