4/5 ★ – CheDylan's review of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.

I really enjoyed my time with the game but it just started to drag on a bit too long and the story felt a little too messy with all the plot elements going on. Gameplay wise this has been my favorite of the series, the improvements they made on LAD were great and made the fights flow a lot better. Side content was fun but I think I burnt myself out trying to do so much of it and I missed some of my favorites like running the business in LAD. Story was really good and there were some great moments but overall it lacked some of the impact I was hoping for. A lot of the plot elements with Hawaii and Eibina felt pretty messy and I didn’t have a lot of connection in what they were trying to accomplish in the story at a certain point. I was also hoping for a little more pay off in the end but the ending and epilogue both felt pretty rushed for such a long game. I’m still looking forward to where the story goes but it definitely didn’t hit as hard as some of the other yakuza games or judgment games.
