3.5/5 ★ – Cyrus's review of Dynasty Warriors: Origins.

If you only play one Musou game in your life, let it be this one. Usually I only play the Warriors spin-off games like Hyrule or Fire Emblem Warriors because those always felt ahead in terms of quality. But this time they really stepped up their game. Every weapon feels unique, which I never felt in a game like that before. And since you always get multiple goals to hit for every weapon there always is an incentive to change things up. The story feels very good. The characters have a stiffness in their dialogue, which has a bit of a trash-factor(the good kind though), but it honestly really fits the game. And it also has its great moments. If that is the new level of Warriors games, I'm in!
