4/5 ★ – Empyrean's review of Genma Onimusha.

I was quite surprised at how different this was from the PS2 original. It isn’t a substantial upgrade by any means, but there’s enough here to make a run feel fresh for veterans. The new demon doll enemy doesn’t really fit with the vibe of the original Onimusha though, but it’s balanced out by the sickest armor in the franchise gained from the new tower area (which is also cool).
