“Your arrows are like you. Weak and twisted. I fear them… NOT!” I forgot how weird the original Tenchu is. Bizarre music choices (with shades of Tubular Bells for some reason), odd dialogue, unhinged voice acting, and a literal descent into hell as the final level. A far cry from its more grounded prequel. Its ambition doesn’t quite meet its execution but it’s still a mostly fun experience.
