The best part about Donut County was the descriptions in the "Trashopedia." Otherwise, the game was fairly rote. Basically all you do is use holes in the ground to suck up anything and everything. It's kind of fun for the first five minutes. The latter levels add a little more complexity, but not enough to really capture my attention. Likewise, one thing that really bugged me was the dialog. It felt really amateurish. The creator was obviously going for an intentionally goofy/snarky style, but when the characters say "LOL" in their conversations it's a bit much for me. The only reason I even finished Donut County was because it was already in my backlog and I knew it was short. If you have access to Game Pass and what to give it a shot, it might be worth spending some time on. But I wouldn't actually recommend spending any money on it.
