The DD cups are by far the most challenging tracks in the game, and they really push you to get better and learn a few tricks. The track editor and car editors are cool as well, but there is not much to do with them single-player wise. Overall a wonderful added challenge to the game (and an incredible rendition of the Rainbow Road theme too!), but if you want to play an actual copy of the game I don't think it is worth the hassle of tracking down.
