3/5 ★ – Ithlilian's review of Cupid Parasite.

The art and colors are beautiful, the music is unique and memorable, the story is different and interesting as a whole, but the characters didn't really interest me. The one with the best song that had me in my feelings was my first one, and none really lived up to that after. One felt like career advancement track, one like an annoying stalker, one like an unfeeling Indiana Jones, the next was a bit confusing but a little better, and the last was a summary of everything before it, which is always repetitious. I feel weird giving such a great looking game that is full of hours of content, with a plot that builds with each route, such a low score, but the otome needs strong characters and plot to get me, and no matter how pretty this is, the characters didn't hit with me.
