4/5 ★ – JCrab's review of HITMAN.

"Hitman" is an excellent reboot of the classic games that adopts the formula and utilizes it quite effectively. Whether you want to be a stealthy assassin or a guns-blazing psychopath, or somewhere in between, this game gives you that freedom, and it makes for some great fun and gives the game a lot of replay value. There isn't much of a story, but what you do get is pretty solid, and I am intrigued to see where it goes in the second and third games. As for issues, I think the AI are very inconsistent. Sometimes they're way too smart and sometimes they're way too dumb, and it can make them hard to gauge in certain areas. I also found a couple of the earlier missions especially pretty taxing, and not as enjoyable as the later missions in the game. But other than that, I had a great time playing "Hitman," and I'm excited to play the next two. GRADE: 8/10
