2.5/5 ★ – KHFanXIII's review of Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters.

A fun little diversion that is remarkable for just being a Ratchet game on the go. However, a lot of it has that classic PSP jank and some narrative choices also bring it down to being nothing more than a "meh" experience. There are a couple of really neat things like the customizable armor in the game (something that's never been replicated since in the series), or the dream level which I thought was actually really cool. The Gadgebot puzzles in the arenas are also pretty neat. But so much of that is counterbalanced by stuff like the Clank "arenas" which you play as Clank in some kind of Beyblade robot (or one that lets you pick up robots) and that constitutes as the "combat" arenas for this game, which is really poor, or even still brought down by stuff like having Ratchet revert to his Ratchet 1 personality despite this game taking place after Deadlocked. Overall, the game is worth looking into if you're just starving for new Ratchet experiences and you haven't played this before, but otherwise, I wouldn't bother as it's nothing special.
