5/5 ★ – Krypt2k's review of Wolfenstein: The New Order.

Wolfenstein: The New order takes World War 2 to the science fiction world taking a more futuristic dynamic to it. As we know, the Germans had some pretty heavy artillery during the war including tanks. Well I bet they didn't tell you about the heavy robot mech's and godzilla-sized robot dogs they were using. In fact, these pieces of artillery helped them win the war. Yes that's right, in this game the Germans have come out successful. It's a pretty unique and interesting take on World War 2 and makes for some great combat against all different types of enemies. Gun play is fun, even allowing you to wield a double AK. There's other weapons too including the 'laserkraftwerk' which is a heavy gun that can be powerful against the mech's or it can be used as a tool to cut through metal fences. The game also includes a skill tree allowing you to upgrade perks under certain category's for Stealth, assault etc. A brilliant story with 2 different variations depending on the route you take at the beginning. Every character is well written and great voice acting making it seem more realistic.
