5/5 ★ – Main's review of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes.

I absolutely adored this game, and sparked my love for this franchise. When I was older I found out that people weren’t happy with this remake, and that it wasn’t the definitive way to play MGS. People are funny, I went back and tried out the original and thought things were a little too aged for me. I get it though, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Anyway, I played this front to back several times, and wanted my friends to try it too. Unfortunately there’s no key point in the game I can show someone quickly that would convince them to give it a try. Twin Snakes is a game best experienced on your own accord. I have nothing but love for this franchise, and I’m glad my first REAL experience was this game and this version of it.
