3.5/5 ★ – Main's review of Metroid Fusion.

I have a really bad habit when it comes to games. I’ll start a really involved game and play it for hours, and then I’ll set it down to play something else and never pick it up again. My time with Metroid Fusion was enjoyable, and it was coming right off of playing Zero Mission. I liked what I played, and the spooky scary approach worked well for Metroid. I just had other games to play and this game got pushed so far down the backlog that by the time I picked it up again I had no clue where I was or what I was doing. I would have had to start over, and rather than playing through and collecting everything again, I just opted to put it down and move on. I know this is a fan favorite, and I’m sorry if you think I should go back and finish it. I just can’t anymore, the moment for this game has passed for me.
