Easily the most controversial of all the souls games, DS2 SOTFS remains an experience worth traversing at least once. I am no apologist, it was the game I picked up solely out of desire for more souls, the shrine of Amana was one of the few times I’ve almost quit a souls game, but after giving in to the suck, the game opened up, and I began to go back and search for cracks in the world to keep on playing. Soft recommend.
