3/5 ★ – MrIceMan97's review of Metro 2033 Redux.

A very cool idea for a game, i feel like it gives me The Last Of Us vibes. The monsters and Nazi villains are very cool in the game along with your allies, the character not talking is a bit strange, and the character view movement is a lot slower than the likes of Call Of Duty games. A bit annoying that the badges on the Nazi’s arms are fake Swastika’s, they probably didn’t have the rights to use them. The shooting isn’t the best but i enjoy the small interact details that your character actually moves his hands to open doors and switch buttons, he doesn’t do it with everything like picking up ammo but its not bad for an old game. The final mission wasn’t as good as it should have been and it dragged on a bit, but most of the missions were intense, creepy and actually quite hard. You can either silent kill or go in all guns blazing, i’ll add that some of the spelling in the journal’s you pick up misses letters regularly but its not a big deal, i’m gonna say this is a decent game.
