5/5 ★ – Nikodile's review of Tales of Xillia Remastered.

A JRPG that really respects your time. I love that Xillia isn't some 80+ hour grand adventure. Instead, you can leisurely play the game, do some side stuff and still beat the game in 30-40 hours and it doesn't hurry or condense things. Absolutely fantastic. Want more? Go ahead and play as the other protagonist and get another perspective. The music really stood out in this one too and the link combat system is definitely one of my favorites in the series so far. None of the characters were too weak either, I liked all of them. The main antagonist is probably my favorite in the series and the story is complex without being too trope-y. Definitely a must play RPG and a masterpiece of a video game. Give this one a shot.
