It's always so hard to rank Dark Souls games. I played all three in order and the third was a different experience from the rest. Summons were common and the pvp was always so fun with my friends, I think in a way it's the best just because of how fluid all the combat feels compared to the others. Always so annoying having to wait until certain areas for them though, plus the fact you still have to use embers can be kind of frustrating. Other than that there's so many bosses to fight and the DLC is almost flawless. I always get a huge wave of nostalgia when I play through it again. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a difficult game or is already into souls/borne games
