Completely mediocre. Boring story, characters suck for the most part, combat is garbage and probably the worst in the series even though it's clearly based off of Graces F's (Which has my favorite battle system in the series, to contrast how much they fucked it up) equipment system is total nonsense and is terribly explained (luckily you don't need to understand it to beat the game) and the world's just a bunch of massive empty fields that make traversal from area to area take forever, making an already painful experience even worse. I'm a big fan of the Tales series but I had to force myself to finish this game, not sure how they managed to mess up so many things in one single game.
