3/5 ★ – RealOJ's review of VALORANT.

While I'm still actively playing it, here are my thoughts: - Firstly, wayyyy too high of a skill floor. Players need to be engaged from the get go and the game fails at this by ity not being remotely fun until about 20 hours in. - Secondly, the spray patterns are dogshit. At least CS:GO has decipherable spray patterns, but Valorant makes it feel like the character is blind now matter how the player aims - Lastly, the game has potential. The maps are cool, the S&D structuure works, and the heroes have cool abilities. Overall, I find it hard to sink time into a game that is difficult to merely have a base level of fun from the jump. Hopefully I get better and it becomes more enjoyable.
