Mortal Kombat is the king of fighting games. Mortal Kombat is the complete package for what every fighting game should aspire to be. 11 is no exception. It's got an actual story mode for with full cutscenes. An online component to keep longevity and an what seems like an ass ton of things to unlock. No game is perfect I still don't know why they got rid of the awesome tag team mode from 9. But every time I look at another fighting game I always get disappointed. Even in ones I like playing more they never fully come out swinging with quality in all the modes. Looking at you Soul Calibur. When Neatherrealm puts out a game you can rest easy know it will be a quality fighter.
