I wish I could’ve given this game more time, but after a few hours I simply wasn’t having fun. The story isn’t particularly interesting and the gameplay loop is a worse version of what any Legend of Zelda title would offer (I often thought to myself while playing that I wished I was playing Twilight Princess instead!). The paintbrush mechanic is certainly interesting and unique, but on the PS4 version it is no where near consistent enough to carry the experience. Credit where it’s due however, the art and music in this title are fantastic - visually it is a very appealing game, but it is unfortunate the gameplay simply doesn’t follow through.
