5/5 ★ – Stinkyfoot525's review of Mario Kart World.

This game is amazing. I played every grand prix and all of them were amazing! Some of my favorite tracks were Mario Bros. Circuit, Whistlestop Summit, Dk Pass, Great ? Block Ruins, and the best track in the game (in my opinion) is Rainbow Road. Gliding up to it while in the beam of light and the music slowly fading out, coming out of the clouds and seeing the beautiful rainbow stained glass road and the Rainbow Waterfall flowing down from it as the Rainbow Road music begins to play made me legitimately start to tear up a little. The whole track was probably one of Nintendo's most graphically demanding levels. I really enjoyed a lot of the other tracks as well! The intermission tracks were a lot more exciting than expected! Knockout Tour is also a very enjoyable mode. I really enjoyed unlocking all of the costumes in free roam! Free Roam as a whole was very fun! I liked all of the P-Switch missions I have completed so far and the Peach Medallions and ? Panels were very hidden! (Except for on Koopa Troopa Beach since it was so small) The online is very fun especially with game chat active. I wouldn't say that the camera is very beneficial to the fun, but it is pretty cool to try out. The charge jumps, rail grinds, and wall rides are really fun to pull off, especially when chained together through one jump! You can even bounce off of incoming traffic, and wall ride off the sides of busses! The attention to detail on the NPCs in free roam is actually insane. If you wait by a bus stop, the Toads and Yoshis waiting there will actually get onto busses that pull in and sometimes even get dropped off at other tracks, bus stops, and even their own house! Some of the cars are super cool! They will sometimes have enemies in their trunks that will attack you! Some will have giant barrels that launch you forwards or have a banzai bill launcher! Some even have boost and glider ramps on them that you can use to skip over some off-road! There are plenty of crazy shortcuts that utilize the new movement options! This is without a doubt the best game in the series and my favorite game in general!
