1/5 ★ – TheGreatNomad's review of Crysis 3 Remastered.

I don't understand how anyone could have established this as their favorite game in the franchise. It gets worse in absolutely every way compared to what the second game managed to improve on the first. Stealth is back to being precarious, giving more opportunities but making it even harder to kill enemies with just one shot, the upgrade system is more confusing, completely discouraging me from trying to improve. The weapons seem to have gotten worse too and to make things even more disappointing, an input lag that we felt on the controller since the PS3/X360 version continues to be present in a REMASTER of the game. Something completely unacceptable. Regarding the story, I also have only complaints. While the second game in the franchise tried to take a different approach to the original game, providing a linear experience without the need for hundreds of long loading times, the second game takes the story of the first and second games, forgets everything and tries to be its own game, as if it weren't part of a trilogy, disrespecting its previously established characters and clearly telling fans what the franchise's goal is at that moment: "we don't know where to go, but we know you'll buy it so we're going to make a third game just because we'll get paid." It's a disappointment from start to finish.
