3/5 ★ – UnitedQuest's review of Freddi Fish 2: The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse.

EDIT: Down half a star after FF4 Game #6 of the 19 Humongous adventures is the first one I didn't play as a kid - came in excited for that reason and left with a bit of a dud. I'll start with the big plus, and that's the humor. Relatively good for the genre again and got a few genuine laughs out of me that you wouldn't get out of a kid this game is intended for. Barnacle Bob's genuine reaction to "pullet" is something I will never forget. But the biggest factor - the characters - is mostly a miss. Loved the return of the folks from FF1, but all of the new faces were forgettable or barely used. The layout of the world was too simple, especially coming off of Pajama Sam 1. Not the worst so far as it's objectively better than the first two Putt-Putts, but I do think it's the most forgettable considering how important the aforementioned pair of games is to Humongous's excursion into this genre as a whole.
