2/5 ★ – Utimuti's review of LittleBigPlanet.

First off, I’m disappointed that this has been delisted from the PlayStation Store. Another bit of gaming history relegated to archivists and illegal rom sites. The core of LittleBigPlanet is all here in this PSP edition – a humorous campaign, creative mode (offline only, now) and lots of stickers and things to collect. That's the good part. The bad part is the bare bones level design which at times is very reliant on precision platforming, which doesn't go well with the imprecise, floaty, “janky” controls and low-ish framerate. The automatic layer switching (LBP is 2D with 3 layers) would often wreak havoc on my platforming too. All in all, I appreciate the effort that went into this but simply didn’t enjoy playing it as much. And it’s a shame the online features are gone. 2 stars – “It was OK”
