While it may initially seem like a repetitive shooter with similar arenas, but it's not quite true. Yes, I have to admit, the game is a bit drawn-out and has a weak ending. But thanks to its charismatic characters, diverse enemy types, and unpredictable random elements, the game delivers a surprisingly engaging and challenging experience on higher difficulties. Combined with its outstanding visual style, Void Bastards is a true gem, although a little bit undercooked.
