Platform: Xbox One X Score: 8/10 Spoilerfree: ✅ Assassins Creed Odyssey is a nice game with great atmosphere and some new elements in the series but yet is one of many games that feels too large bloated with ‘filler content’ that is needed in to get your character to the desired level. But thanks to the beautiful world and an authentic atmosphere, you stay connected to the story. Positive points: - The best thing first: through the new dialogue system you have influence on the story and create your own path. - Main character Kassandra - The atmosphere in the Greece world/islands - Traveling and fighting at sea with your own ship and crew (Black Flag feelings) - A clear and compelling story. Much better than the chaos story in Origins. - Soundtrack Negative points: - Lip syncing could be better - The map is bloated with icons - Side missions are a must because the leveling system is key to progress in the story. So prepare for a lot of grinding. - There is not an clear ending since there are multiple storylines. - Ending of the family storyline was a bit underwhelming after so many hours
