4/5 ★ – VoidTracks's review of Demon's Souls.

It's a Souls game, if you like the others you'll probably like this one too. My main and probably only gripe with this game is item drops, and the lack there of for some weapon upgrade paths. It really limits me wanting to replay the game when I know I might have to farm Fred Durst skeletons for 3hrs in pure black world tendency just to upgrade one weapon. On a side not if you really like the aesthetic and some stuff presented in the lore/story I'd recommend watching the 1981 movie "Excalibur". It's fun watching this movie and clearly seeing where Miyazaki and his team got a lot of their inspiration for the Souls games, also it's just a movie that doesn't get mentioned as much as I think it should.
