4/5 ★ – Wytemi's review of Fortune Street.
This game is the best version of Monoploy I have ever played. I have some of my most fond memories with my best friends from College playing this game and we constantly quote our most memorable board experiences. However, this game is only perfect once you slog through all the single player campaigns to unlock everything the multiplayer version has to offer and that is a shame. The AI is known to cheat, the games are long and tedious, and if you don't reach the game requirments you don't unlock the board or setting. Though I did learn that unlocking every Gold trophy isn't as hard as one might think. While its true that they are only unlocked under single player, they can be cheesed by spending a day on the smallest board with the easiest (dumbest) AI and a custom net worth goal of the maximum $1,000,000. I was able to get all the gold trophies in one run, but I had to be careful not to go too fast or else I feared bankrupting my AI and ending the run.
