4.5/5 ★ – _NeverGrow's review of Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward.

Heavensward presents itself in the beginning like a game of thrones / Skyrim mashup but unfolds to be way deeper, as the first expansion for FFXIV it really improves on the things that made the base game so great by introducing beautiful new areas and some VERY involved and atmospheric dungeons / raids. Playing this expansion through with friends was excellent because as the the story progressed we definitely had some jaw dropping moments. Absolutely worth playing and I can't wait to venture into the next one.
