4.5/5 ★ – biohaza7d's review of Resident Evil 6.

I really don’t understand how people say this game is the worst Resident Evil game. I love the different campaigns, and it’s great to be involved with different characters like Piers and Sherry. It’s a game that shows off relationships between different characters a hell of a lot better than other resident evil games like re4 and 2. I never actually got the chance to play this game online on multiplayer but I know it would’ve been a blast. The characters work well together (even if one of them is a bot) and it’s a simple job of fighting bosses like every other re game. Again, not sure why it’s so hated, because it’s not even that different. The only thing I’d say I don’t like about this game is the controls, but that’s only because controls in games are so much better now, and that’s just how games used to be. Who cares? It’s a great game with great campaigns. I loved Chris’ campaign specifically because it showed him to be flawed, and his relationship with Piers is something that’s very special to me for some reason. Not sure why. Rip Piers. I’ve never really been into Leon’s whole story but it was good. Great even. I almost didn’t get this game though because when I downloaded the Demo I chose Ada and Leon, and it gave me a pretty sceptical viewpoint going into it - I didn’t think I’d enjoy it. Maybe that’s just because I don’t like Leon and Ada so much. But, playing Jake and Sherry’s campaign (which is what I did first) changed my whole viewpoint and I actually enjoyed the game a whole lot more than I thought I would. Overall - 4.5/5 stars. Almost perfect game. I would LOVE a remake of this game, mainly because I’d love to see more of Chris and Piers / Jake and Sherry.
