When I got my original PlayStation back on Christmas Day the first game I got with it was not Final Fantasy, Gran Turismo or Crash Bandicoot it was Hercules…and I couldn’t have been happier. For a short while as a very young child this was my favorite game, because Hercules was my favorite movie. I did wear Hercules clothing to kindergarten after all. Luckily, Hercules was a very competent adaptation of the movie with respectable quality 2D gameplay mixed with some rudimentary 3D sections. I played this nonstop as a child and even went back to it and beat it again back in 2012. Still holds up.
