5/5 ★ – bvgthor's review of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

Wow. Just wow. What an incredible game and experience, yet again another 10/10 from Hideo Kojima. This game, continuing off of the end of Snake Eater, truly shows Big Boss's downfall into becoming the villain we know him as in MG2. The storyline, characters, and voice acting was incredible as always. I will admit, one of my favorite parts of the Metal Gear series is the phenomenal cutscenes and cinematography, so I was nervous when seeing that most of the cutscenes were comic strip, but since the PSP couldn’t handle the large cutscenes I understood, and I love Yoji Shinkawa's art so his drawings looked great. This game had less human based boss fights than the main games, but they managed to make the AI fights fun in their own way and unique enough to be separated from each other. The music was incredible, and this game perfectly leads into Ground Zeroes and makes MGSV's story so dark and depressing. The credits of this game made me so emotional. Fucking loved it.
