Played on: Nintendo Switch It's a decent enough kart racer, but if I was given the choice between this and Mario Kart, I'd pick Mario Kart every time. I've never played any Crash games before, so I just found myself confused by most of the characters and unexcited by the locations. The story mode itself is quite short, but decent enough for what it is. I managed to beat it in just a few hours. Exploring the hub world was a nice touch. The online is certainly nothing to write home about, at least on the Switch version. It's not something I would pay for, but it was a good choice for one of Nintendo's free game trials.
