A really unique game. It combines FPS shooting with a healthy amount of Horror that creates a rich lore and an interesting world to be apart off. The big gimmick is you control a team of characters and you can character swap on the fly, each unique possessing individual abilities and weaponry. You may need one teammates skill for a puzzle and another’s to exploit and enemy’s weakness. It’s full of great ideas and for the most they land bar the ending which felt incredibly rushed. it’s just when it comes to the gameplay is the game let down, about as generic as a shooter can feel at times I really had to solider on because I wanted to see what scenario I’d end up in next. A game that deserves a remaster. With a remaster it could be tweaked to feel more modern and hopefully the story could conclude in a suitable fashion. Played on PS3
