I have play Yakuza 0, Kiwami and now Kiwami 2. The quality of the main story just keep going downhill. For Kiwami2, the game just keep pulling out plot twist for the sake of plot twists. The plot is unfocus and characters just come in and out without making much of an impact. The romance feels forced and made Kaoru's character lame. She was introduced as a bad ass and turned into another useless character that just need the help of kiryu and couldn't do anything on her own. However, outside the main plot is where this game really shines as usual. The hilarious side quests, additive minigames and Majima prevented this game from being a bad one. 3.5/5 - I don't dislike the game. It is a mix of good and bad.
