4/5 ★ – justKalas's review of Psycho Dream.

I would describe this game as a fever dream but it's already called Psycho Dream so that's appropriate. A Japan-only SNES side-scroller that I'm very happy it came to NSO. I'm also very happy that only the intro cut scene is in Japanese, so I have no idea what was going on but had some fun. The stages are wild and the enemies are very weird. When I was fully powered up I felt very OP cause the character shoots homing projectiles in all directions so that's fun! You can play as either a sword-slashing guy or whip-wielding waifu, it's super short too so I'd feel pretty good recommending this to anyone.
