Genuinely one of my fav games of all time. I was concerned that going back to it after like 10 years would change my mind, but it's easily the best Mario RPG. Funny writing, interesting exploration and the best combat system in any turn based rpg imo. A shame the series steadily declined after the first entry, but them's the breaks. It sometimes lagged on my flash cart in the overworld, but never in battle thankfully
