Pokémon Legends Arceus is a great step forward for Pokémon and a fine game but that’s about it. While the gameplay is entertaining and enjoyable, the story is uninteresting, the dialogue is a pain to read and there’s so much of it, animations leave much to be desired, the game isn’t graphically stunning, the story is incredibly boring. It’s upsetting that this game could have been so much better if GameFreak just put a little more budget into it. It’s disappointing that an IP this big that makes this much money can’t put out a game that looks good and has voice acting. The game was still fun but the downsides left a sour taste in my mouth.
