4/5 ★ – lupincentral's review of Mega Man 8.
Yes, the cinematics include some of the best and worst voice acting I have ever heard in a video game, but Megaman 8 itself oozes with quality.
From colourful, chunky sprite artwork, to gorgeous animations and backgrounds, it's a spectacle to observe, and a good example of how smart 32-bit 2D titles could look. Level design is consistently good, and the enemy designs and boss fights are a lot of fun. Difficulty is just about right, and the amount of upgrades and power-ups you can buy are aplenty.
One of the better classic Megaman games, and well worth a look.
