I played this back when it came out and loved it. I’ve been a kojima fan almost all of my life so really I was just so excited to play it. I wanted something other than MGS after the disaster 5 was. So it was due a replay to get ready for when I get the second game. I’ll be honest the first few hours I was really not having a great time with the constant talking about things I had no idea they was chatting about, but as the game goes on you understand it and love it, very similar to Sam the character himself, not wanting to connect and couldn’t give a shit, I felt I kinda went through the same thing on this playthrough, I just ended up loving it more and more as I played (just as much as the first time) I understood the story more (though not 100 percent still) I played this time on very hard as I remember the game being fairly easy and I loved it, the battles with Cliff felt way more on edge and personal as I had to really focus and not get seen or shot at as it would most likely result in instant death. As for the BT encounters I had to avoid heavily rather than fight and it just made it all the better game and story wise. This game shines due to its improv style gaming, that’s how games should be and the most fun games are like this, it’s thinkin outside the box and playing your way.
