5/5 ★ – orionids's review of Horizon Zero Dawn.

There are so many ways to approach each combat encounter that it never gets boring. The robot enemies are able to keep up with you as you level up, and I'm still in awe of the precision of the hitboxes. Exploration feels like you could really live in this world. Discovering the story of the past feels so good, because despite mostly being text files, the game allows you to draw your own conclusions and read between the lines. By the time you get to the big reveals, even though you can probably already guess what's coming, you dread your theories being confirmed more than being wrong.
