slayzie's review of Metal Gear Solid.

I don’t even think this game is bad at all, it’s just infuriating in some aspects due to it’s age and I can’t bring myself to continue it. I’ve watched what happens in the story in a YouTube video and im not bothered with missing out on the rest of the game. I think the backtracking is absurd especially with the sniper wolf boss fight and I really had to push through it. I got past the torture scene and at that point I felt burnt out from this game. The janky controls, the absurd backtracking and the fact that the boss battles weren’t that fun, (other than psycho mantis and gray fox) I just feel like I need tk move on from this game and start MGS2. I feel like I should give MGS Twin Snakes a shot again and not listen to what the internet says about the game. Maybe I’ll revisit this later but rn I can’t force myself through this.
